Minimum attendance to get a schedule is 3 General Meetings & 4 General Meetings to qualify for the State List.
Members that do not attend the January 11th, 2012 meeting will not be guaranteed a schedule for the
remainder of the season. Approved 7-0 by the Board on 8.10.2011
